How to use hot-dip galvanized pot correctly

galvanizing (galvanizing) is also called hot dip zinc and hot dip galvanizing: it is an effective metal corrosion prevention method, mainly used in metal structure facilities in various industries. It is to immerse the steel parts after rust removal into the melting zinc liquid about 500 ° C, so that the surface of the steel member is attached to the zinc layer, so as to play the purpose of anti-corrosion. Therefore, the following points should be done when using hot-dip galvanized pot:

1, strictly control the temperature of zinc liquid, do not exceed 480℃;

2, the production capacity of galvanized pot (output), must be commensurate with its own size, can not exceed the heat load on the heating surface (the heat load of the heating surface by the production capacity of galvanized pot and the size of the heating area to decide);

3, zinc slag can not be accumulated on the heating surface, to strengthen the slag cleaning work;

4, the design of the furnace, to avoid the zinc slag in the place to supply heat;

5, choose a small melting zinc pot to melt zinc ingots and zinc chips (including blowing down), should not directly add cold zinc ingots into the zinc liquid of the galvanized pot;

6, avoid using galvanized pot to directly heat zinc ingot for melting;

7, in the production process, try to make the production organization work, do not start and stop to cause hot and cold, so that the iron-zinc alloy layer on the wall of the galvanized pot falls and loses its protective effect.
